 Przemysław Budzbon jest polskim architektem marynarki wojennej, który w latach 80. pracował przy budowie okrętów wojennych dla Marynarki Wojennej ZSRR. Pisał szeroko na temat historii polskiej i radzieckiej marynarki wojennej podczas II wojny światowej dla "Warship Quarterly" i innych europejskich magazynów morskich. Brał udział w tworzeniu serii "All the World’s Fighting Ships" Conway'a. Od 2019 r. wznowił pisanie dla magazynu "Warship", a niedawno opublikował dwie książki o polskich stoczniach z okresu po 1990 r. |
